Digital Radio Frequency Memory and Its Application to Radar Echo Simulator

XIAO Han bo (Institute of Electronic Engineering of CAEP, Mianyang Sichuan 621900, China)  
This paper describes the principle of DRFM with emphasis placed on a spurious signal level induced by amplitude quantization. It gives the expression of DRFM output signal and several important factors need to be considered. Finally, an application scenario to radar echo simulator based on DRFM is established.
