Study on a new chromatographic sampling tool --adsorption wire

Feng Jianyue Hou Jingde(The center of analysis and measurement)  
A new GC sampling tool--adsorption wire was made of a few milligram active carbon adhered to one end of nickle wire (φ0. 5×90mm) ,based on the Gurie-Point property of metal. The desorption ratio, repeatability, linearity and detection limit of adsorption wire was studied. Environmental pollution sample, geologic sample and perfume components of flower on growing were collected and analysed. So the adsorption wire is of the advantages of high sensitivity, good repeatability, wide linear range, more applied field and special function. wide application is expected.
