Testing methods of dynamic behaviour for feeding servosystem of NC machine tool

In this paper, the feasibility which dynamic behaviour of feeding servosystem on practical NC machine tools is measured is dealt with . Three measuring methods are presented. They are cepstral averaging method, white noise signal testing method,and step signal testing method. The experimental results are compared with simulating results for dynamic behaviour of feeding servosystem on the vertical machining centre TYPE JCS-180. The conclusions are satisfactory. They are identical with each other , and these testing results are also cited each other . These testing method are practical.
