Apparatus of capillary electrophoresis and experimental research

This paper describes the principle of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE). The apparatus for Capillary Electrophoresis was developed in our laborartory. The structure of the apparatus was discussed in detail. The effects of various physical factors on the experiment were investigated for guiding the selection of the optimal physical paraments. Serval typical samples were separated by using this apparatus and good results were obtained.
