Measurement of piston instantaneous temperature and stress based on storagemeasuring technique

The piston of internal-combustion engine works at high temperature and pressure,while traditional methods can not get the exact temperature.Computer technology based multi-channel storage-measuring technique can be used to measure the instantaneous temperature and stress of the piston in real time.The wave of the temperature and stress were obtained as well.It was proved that this measuring method fulfills the requirements of measurement of the internal combustion engine,running at high temperature and high pressure and in strong shock environment.It can be concluded that this technique is feasible and effective.The measurement results can provide data for researching the piston thermal load.
