Interactive analysis of buried raft foundation and soil medium.

In this paper,Mindlin equation is used to analySis the drsplacement and stress in soil medium cosidering of the effect of buried depth in the interactive analysis of raft foundation and soil,In order to simplify the calculation,the formulas which are used to calculate the settlement based on Mindlin equation have been got.In this paper,raft foundation is divided into bending element.Two soil models,Half-Space and Multilayer have been used in interactive analysis,Based on the principle of interaction between soil and structure,the finite element analysis progrm which can be running on Microcomputer has been coded in PORTRAN-77.In this peper,a typical raft foundstion is illustrated,Some very interesting results which may be useful in practical design are obtained.
