Nonlinear I-V characteristic of a metallic diffuse fringe film percolation system

This paper reports the preparation of a metallic diffuse fringe film percolation system and its conductivity measurements.The diffuse fringe structure of the film system is obviously observed in the SEM photograph when,during the film deposition process,the distance between the slit shutter and the substrate is large enough.An anomalous nonlinear I-V characteristic and new power law critical behaviors are found in the system.We believe that these characteristics are mainly caused by the diffuse fringe effect of the system.
