On Individualization of Criminal's Education

It is not good for the enhancement of criminals education quality to excessively emphasize the uniform pattern of criminals education. By adjusting and reforming the ideas and methods of educating the criminals, the criminals should be reformed into ones who can adapt to the needs of society and who become new ones with individual characteristics. This is the choice criminals education faces inevitably. It is necessary to establish the criminals subject position in the process of education, to enhance the criminals self-consciousness and sense of subject. A great efforts should be made to change the criminals psychological structure in order to establish the prison environment beneficial to the criminals education.
