Strengthening the Management of the Quality of the Medical Records of the Patients who suffered in the Earthquake

Objective To explore the approaches for managing the medical records of the patients who suffered in the Earthquake.Methods(1) Check the quality of each medical record on line firstly.(2) Analyze the problems in the documentation of the medical records.(3) Take measures to aim the existing problems in the management of medical records.Results The quality of the medical records of the patients who suffered in the Earthquake was effectively improved.Conclusion Earthquake-stricken patient's medical records management on the real-time monitoring of electronic medical records management is the best way,the traditional end of medical records management approach is of little value.
