Discussion on Bilingual Teaching Training for Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctors

This paper discusses and elaborates the necessity and importance of bilingual teaching training for obstetrics and gynecology doctors which is beneficial to train composite talents of understand-well-English and mastering their major that helps for development and communication cooperation of this subject research field;at present,the current situation of English level of obstetrics and gynecology doctors is not optimistic,which mainly because of learning interruption and being limited to traditional English teaching mode in our country;aiming at the characteristic of lacking of relevant teaching materials and non-mature mode,it introduces the situation of having bilingual teaching training in our hospital from teachers resource,the choice of teaching materials,teaching form,ward round of teaching and discussion form of discussion and actual application and so on.
