The Problem and Strategy of Problem-Based-Learning Teaching in Clinical Practice of Cardiovascular Department

Problem based learning(Problem Based Learning,PBL) teaching method is a method of problem-oriented with student-centered under teacher guiding in small-group learning;Learning would run through theory with clinical,knowledge-broaden,thinking-broaden and let student learn new knowledge.Although clinical practice has the advantage of developing students' subjective initiative,training their comprehensive thinking ability and ability of individually settling problems.During practice,it occur a series of problems and misunderstanding such as PBL teaching method concept of teachers is unclear;students can not fully develop initiative.Aiming at these problems,we find out relevant countermeasures during practice that makes teachers and students know about the key ideology of PBL teaching method and clarify their own characters and task in PBL teaching.
