Objective To explore the related factors affecting vaginal delivery in women with scarred uterus in order to provide a clinical basis for accurately grasping the indications of vaginal delivery in women with scarred uterus. Methods The clinical data of 146 scar uterus puerpera treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed and the factors affecting vaginal delivery in women with scarred uterus were also analyzed by usingunivariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Among 146 pregnant women with scarred uterus, vaginal delivery was completed in 114 patients with the success rate of 78.1%.In terms of delivery time, vaginal delivery was completed within 3.0 hours, accounting for 18.4%,vaginal delivery was completed within3.0 hours to 6.0 hours, accounting for 36.8%,vaginal delivery was completed within 6.0 to 9.0 hours, accounting for33.50% and vaginal delivery was completed within less than nine hours, accounting for 9.2%.The single factor analysis showed that the factors that the scar of the transverse incision of the lower uterine segment was more than2.3 cm,and that the pregnant women were in good mood after 2.0-8.0 years of cesarean section, and that the number of cesarean section was more than or equal to 2 times and the fetal weight was 3.5 Kg were related to the successful vaginal delivery of the scarred uterus. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors of transverse incision of lower uterine segment scar, scar incision over2.3 cm 2.0-8.0 years after cesarean section and pregnant women in good spirits were independent correlation factors to promote successful vaginal delivery of scarred uterus. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The factors of the transverse incision of lower uterine segment, scar thickness over2.3 cm,2.0-8.0 years after cesarean section and good mood of pregnant women are independently related factors for vaginal delivery of scarred uterus, which should be paid attention to by clinical workers.
