In order to improve the applicable speed range of position sensorless SRM, a kind of simplified flux method is presented. Using this method, the indirect position sensing is implemented in the case, which PWM current control strategy is used and only one phase winding is excited during turn-on.The experimental result shows that reliable commutation can be achieved even under high speed
