Probabilistic Load Flow Algorithm Considering Static Security Risk of the Power System

Probabilistic load flow(PLF) can completely response to the operating condition of a power system,and it plays a very important role in risk assessment of the power system security.The method that combines the concept of semi-invariant and Gram-Charlier expansion theory can fast and precisely obtain the probability distribution function(PDF) and the cumulative distribution function(CDF) of node voltages and transmission line flows.In this article,anticipated accident list based on the current operating condition that is influenced by the uneven distribution of time and territory domain was constructed,and combined the total probability theory with probabilistic load flow,a probabilistic load flow algorithm considering static security risk of power system was proposed.The calculation on the IEEE RTS 96-node test system indicates that this algorithm can assess the static security risk of the current operating condition rapidly and accurately,and is with practical value.
