An innovative remote sensing investigation in Ertan region of China

An innovative remote sensing ivestigation for landslide, debris\|flow and land cover classification (RSILDL) has been tested in Ertan region of China.\;The main characteristics of innovative RSILDL is that lead the update information and computer technique,such as digitization,digital photogrammetry,digital image process,men\|PC interactive and automatic classification of land cover interpretation,into aerial remote sensing interpretaion and the digital results has been obtained.The information resource,work platform,technique flow and interpretation procedures are very different from conventional RSILD.With innovative RSILDL,digital results such as regioanl tectonic,geologic structure and land cover classification of band slope of the study area,and the position,boundary,features,area,category,component,…for each landslide and debris\|flow in the study area have been obtained.In the paper,the relationship between the numbers, distribution of the landslides and debris flow and their developing environment of geologic structure and forest cover are analyzed and the flouid properties,the possible largest scale and the developing stage of the debris flow are introduced as well.
