Optimal Algorithm for Regional Emergency Control

Based on stability margin index provided by EEAC, a mathematical model for optimal emergency control decision is obtained under given fault conditions, which presents the appropriate searching strategy, to deal with the problemof stability margin non-uniformly varied with control volume due to negative effect of control measures. The computer simulation has achieved quickly the control measure with minimum overall cost. The software developed may adapt to thesearching of many kinds of dispersed control measures, and satisfy continuous control measures.
