Analysis of Exceptional Wide-range Wave Phenomena of Furnace Pressure

:In this thesis,the exceptional wide-range wave phenomena of furnace pressure on some pulverized coal fired boilers are described detailedly. The possibility of combustible gas conflagration is excluded,and the possible causes are analysed and discussed. The analysis shows that the shelling of caking in the furnace, on the burner ports and the whole burners and the inhomogeneity of pulverized coal feeders are main reasons. It can eliminate the exceptional wide-range wave phenomena of furnace pressure thoroughly by taking relevant countermeasures.
