Recovery Technology for Overflow Ash Slurry of Concentration Pond

 
As compared with the conventional technology,3~4 water treatment ponds may be economized by means of the new recovery technology for overflow ash slurry of concentration ponds.This technology is used to retrofit the pipes conveying overflow ash slurry to pipe type mixed reactor.In such type reactor,organic high-polymer is added into at a certain distance from separation pond,so as to form a multifunction,high efficiency separation pond,with the common depositing pond left out.Theadded agent flocculates in the separation pond,thus the suspended matter being separated.This technology has been operating successfully for three years,the water quality after being treated is good and stable and no scaling and wearing occur in the recovery system.
