Signal analysis and error estimation for different measuring positions of circle pipe flowmeters

A multi-circle pipe flowmeter has been designed and developed. Some measuring points are distributed to the different positions on the circle pipe to measure the differential pressure signals. The results of the test indicate that these signals at the various positions are very different, and their flow coefficients have different variation tendencies too. The measuring uncertainties could be limited to ±1% with the correction.
