This paper is aimed to discuss influences of compound microbial ecological agents on growth performance, caecum flora and serum IgG content in Wuding cocks of local categories. In this experiment, single-factor completely randomized experiment design method was applied to pick up 500 Wuding cocks with even weight and excellent mental state and divide them into 5 groups, 5 repeats per group, 20 chickens per repeat. Microecologics was used to set up 3 dose feeding the first three test groups. With free drinking and 60 d of feeding period in the whole process, the growth performance of chicken, the number of cecal bacteria, serum IgG content were measured. The results showed a that compound microbial ecological agents were fed to correspondingly improve ADG, ADFI, F/G, immune organs index, Lactobacillus in the cecal contents, serum IgG contents, reduce the death rate, caecum contents pH, the number of E. coli and Salmonella in Wuding cocks(P0.05). The results of Comprehensive analysis, showed that the test group was 2.75×10~7 cfu/mL additive dosage(P0.05). The results indicated that the effect of compound microbial ecological agents was more significant on growth performance, caecum flora and serum IgG content when the additive amount was 2.75×10~7 cfu/mL in Wuding cocks.
