Identification of circZBTB10 and Its Function on Chicken Myoblast Proliferation

In order to identify the function of circular RNA on the growth of chicken skeletal muscle, in this studycircZBTB10 was screened and identified, which is highly expressed in chicken primary myoblasts. The tissue expressiondistribution of circZBTB10 was analysed by qPCR. The function of circZBTB10 on myoblasts differentiation and proliferationwere detected by flow cytometry. Moreover, the circZBTB10 overexpression vector was constructed and named aspcDNA2.1-circZBTB10. pcDNA2.1-circZBTB10 was transfect into the chicken primary myoblasts and then cell cyclewas analysed by flow cytometry. The qPCR results indicated that circZBTB10 was highly expressed in muscle tissue.Flow cytometry revealed that circZBTB10 played an important role in the differentiation and proliferation of myoblasts(P0.01). These data provided a theoretical basis for understanding the role of circZBTB10 in skeletal muscle growth.
