Virtual Design of ITER Vacuum Vessel In-wall Shielding Structure

In-wall shielding structural features of ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) vacuum vessel were introduced. The virtual design system model was applied. By using parametric design, preliminary solid models of the shielding units were finished. The analysis results with finite element method were offered for structure optimization.Timely modifying, information measurement and assembly simulation were finished based on virtual assembly platform.Virtual products of the large device structure have been realized in the virtual environment.
