Study on Strategy and Method of Part Reengineering Based on Fuzzy Clustering

Synthetically considering similar rules of parts based on properties of isostructure,dimension,precision,material and performance,a formalization model of the problem was established,similarity of the parts was measured by Euclidean proximity.Reengineering arithmetic was advanced based on fuzzy clustering,the analysis and adjustment of reengineering scheme was discussed.The strategy and method are effective in an instance of brake disk reengineering for a motorcycle-hydraulic-disk-brake.
