Research on TIG Arc Stability at High Ambient Pressure

The factors that influence the stability of welding arc were analyzed,and then a fault tree to destroy high pressure stability was constructed.The fault tree was analysed qualitively and quantitatively.The tests of TIG arc stability under different pressures were tried in simulation habitat,and the tests make know that TIG arc can burn stably under 0.2MPa,0.4MPa and 0.7MPa when reasonable welding technical parameters are selected.
