Nonlinear Simulation and Test Technology for Mini-wheel Loader ROPS Performance

In order to master the design methods and mechanical property of the mini-wheel loader ROPS,a new mini-type wheel loader ROPS was introduced.The elastic-plastic nonlinear performance simulations of this ROPS were conducted,and the lab tests of the ROPS prototype were carried out.The load-deflection characteristics of the ROPS with lateral,vertical and longitudinal loads were discussed,and the deformation principle was analyzed.The test results show that the material of the mini-wheel loader ROPS can select Q235A steel;the frame can be connected by 8.8 class bolt;the cab space of the mini-wheel loader is narrow,so the lateral stiffness of the ROPS needs to be higher enough to avoid the ROPS invading DLV.
