Study on Torsional Vibration Measuring Model of Spanless Point of Rotating Shaft

For solving on-line extract torsional vibrating parameter measuring problem of spanless point during the actual measurment on complex rotary machinery driving shaft,a new torsional vibration continuous shaft segment mass measuring and analytic model was proposed by kinetics theory and measuring theory.The new method established the vibration characteristics between the measurable point and the spanless point.The research work was verified correctness,feasibility and effectiveness by means of gathering torque signals in the production field and comparing the consistency between measured value and theoretical calculation value of spanless point torque signals.Based on the conclusion,it can supply a engineer means for gained the vibration information of the point on main driving shaft which was inconvenience fitted sensor.It also can program composition for implement on-line monitor and fault forecast on main driving shaft and then guarantee the complex rotary machinery even running.
