Rack Profile Intergration of Push Rod Rack Drive

According to the basic structure and transmission principles of push rod rack drive,the paper analysed the principle of creating and meshing of rack profile when revolving-stock was partial- ity disc.The equetion of rack profile and the conditions of non-undercut in the light of the natures of normal tolerant were dervied,which provides a theoretical basis for its further research.
