Theoretical Research on Application Framework of Overall Equipment Effectiveness

From the view of equipment maintenance management,overall equipment effectiveness' classical definition,correlative industry standards,shortages,development directions and Overall E- quipment Effectiveness(OEE)theory was introduced.Sameness and unlikeness between overall e- quipment effectiveness and overall equipment efficiency were analyzed.An OEE application frame based on manufacturing execution system was constructed.Then,key implement techniques were in- dicated and several kinds of misuses of the overall equipment effectiveness conception for production management were pointed out.
