Research on Hydraulic Successive Lifting and Lowering System

In order to satisfy the requirements of oversize structure lifting and lowering successively and eliminate accessional inertia loads along with impacts because of frequent startup and stop,the movement mechanism of successive lifting and lowering was thoroughly studied in a continuous hydraulic lifting device in view of kinematics.Two parameters——load transferred displacement and speed difference which had great influence on lifting efficiency were computed with optimization.Mathematical model of successive lifting and lowering control system was set up.Through MATLAB simulation and successive lifting and lowering device test,it can be concluded that continuous hydraulic lifting device can fulfill lifting and lowering continuously and synchronously.
