HEV Operating Mode and Simulation Based on Electromagnetic Continuously Variable Transmission

HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) transmission structure with EMCVT system and its mathematic model were pointed out herein.The partial efficiency,electromagnetic power,stator current,rotor current,drive ratio and rotary speed difference of whole electrical variable transmission system were analyzed by simulating ECE(economic commission for Europe) and EDUC(extra urban driving cycle) operating mode.The results of simulation were compared and could be helpful for the theoretic research and design after the actual operating mode of EMCVT system had analyzed.It is showed that the whole EMCVT system can run in high efficiency regions under reasonable control strategy.
