Research on Movement Regularity of Granules during Sheet's Granule Flexible Cavity Forming

The technology of granules or powder soft cavity die forming of sheet was analyzed herein,and the characteristics of forming process were introduced.A basic finite element model of granules soft cavity die forming was established taking wide bending as an example.The physical simulation of granule movement regularity for movement regularity of granules was implied for powder flexible cavity deep drawing technology of cup shell.On the basis of simulation and experimental investigation,basic regularity of granule movement was acquired,and movement zone model was also established.The analysis of granule movement regularity and the establish of movement zone model can present theoretical support for applications of granules or powder flexible cavity forming technology.
