Research on Low-frequency Characteristics of One-pole Vibration Cylinder Controlled by 2D Valve

The traditional electro-hydraulic exciters were very difficult to enhance the vibration frequency,so a new electro-hydraulic exciter based on single-rod hydraulic cylinder controlled by 2Dvalve was proposed.The scheme of electro-hydraulic exciter was described firstly,then the mathematical model was established and simulation analysis was executed.Finally,the electro-hydraulic exciter was designed and the experimental research was performed.The theoretical and experimental results show the output waveform of exciter is prone to saturation under 5Hz;with improvement of agitating frequency,the saturation phenomenon is uneasy to appear.The output force of exciter is proportional to the axial opening of 2Dvalve,the greater the axial opening of 2Dvalve,the bigger the output force of exciter.
