Digital Modeling of Hydraulic Slide Valve Based on Mutildisciplinary

A digital design method multidisciplinary oriented was put forward herein to build the accurate model of hydraulic valve of engineering machinery which was often under the complex conditions. The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method was used to analysize dynamic coupling in the slide valve,the change values of flow section,flow coefficient,and dynamic hydraulic force were gotten for the input parameters and boundary load of the digital design system. A power pond graph software AMESim was used to build the digital model of slide valve and analyze the performance by different structures parameters. Finally,a bench experiment was built and run to verify the precision of the simulation model.
