A Detection Algorithm of Micro Adhesive Drops for Manufacturing of Flexible RFID Tags

Based on the dispensing quality control of flexible RFID tags' manufacturing equipment,a online detection algorithm of micro adhesive drops was proposed. The image processing courses,including image differencing,filtering and noise reduction,and Blob analysis,were integrated to get the two-dimensional information of the drops,and the area will be used to evaluate the dispensing quality. The data gathered from the actual production tests,presents that the algorithm has good adaptation and stability,and suffices the RFID packaging equipment.
