Structural Optimization of Cartridge Proportional Throttle Valve Based on Multi Objective Genetic Algorithm

This paper presented optimization design method of cartridge proportional throttle valves pilot structure parameters.The influences of the pilot structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the whole valve was studied by simulation based on nonlinear mathematical model of the cartridge proportional throttle valve.In order to improve the design efficiency,the constraints of the parameters in the optimization process were considered.Based on multi-objective genetic algorithm the structure optimization method was proposed to improve the dynamic characteristics of the whole valve.And the dynamic characteristics before and after optimization were verified by experiments.The research results show that the dynamic characteristics of the whole valve based on the optimization design method are improved significantly.
