Research on Cladding Coating Properties of Hydraulic Shield Support by Welding with Rotation Impact

Surfacing on abrasion of hydraulic shield support was carried out by using D112 surfacing electrodes.The influences on surfacing layers by welding with impact were discussed.The static strain digital instrument was utilized to study residual stress.Hardness,wear resistance performance,corrosion resistance and microstructure of the surfacing layers were studied.The results show that the welding residual stress is effectively reduced by welding with impact.At the same time,welding with impact may make the grain finer,and may improve the surfacing layer hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
