Modular Design of Intelligent Service Functions Based on Structure Matrix in Internet of Manufacturing Things

Modularized intelligent service design method was established through analyzing service operating environments and service requirements during integration of manufacture and service. The method was based upon manufacturing instrumented environments,and adopted module technique,including initialization,reconstitution,and modularity of intelligent service designs.Functional relationship of intelligent service was illustrated by utilizing designed structure matrix,strategy of modular design for intelligent service functions was built,and functional reconstitution of intelligent service was confirmed.Feasibility and superiority of modular design for intelligent service functions in manufacturing instrumented environments were shown by applying specific cases.
