An Approach to Generating Assembly Sequences in Assembly Planning Based on Subset

This paper presents a new descriptive method of assembly relations among parts of a product.The method applies developed liason graph-precedence constraint liason graph to describe the contact relatins,precedence relations and constraints relations.During the Period of generating assembly sequences,the paper combines the assembly precedence relatons and subset method to search assembly sequences,to generate effectively all assembly sequences which satisfy all assembly conditions,and to provide reference assembly process sequences for assembly planning.
