Study on Principle of Reducing Content of Hydrogen in Weld by self-shielded Flux-cored Wire With CaF_2 TiO_2-MgO Slag System

Reducing content of hydrogen effect of fluoride,carbonate,active chide and rare earth oxide in weld by self-shielded flux-cored wire with CaF2-TiO2 MgO slag system is investigated. The results show that increarsing the content of divers fluorides,carbonate and rare earth oxide in flux core will make the content of diffusible hydrogen in weld reduce.
