Influence of Knowledge Structure of TMT on Innovation Performance of High-Tech Enterprises

In the social and economic background of China,this paper studies the influence of the knowledge structure of top management team on the innovation performance of enterprises in China under the uncertainty of economic policy based on the upper echelon theory and Knowledge Based View.The empirical results show that the knowledge structure of the top management team has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.The empirical results of this paper also display that when the economic policy uncertainty is higher,the knowledge structure of the top management team of private high-tech enterprises has a stronger positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises,especially when there is TMT member with economic background.
