The textual research of the grain supply area and trade routes in Chaozhou area In Ming and Qing dynasty

In the Ming and Qing dynasty, due to the development of commodity economy, Chaozhou area required more and more grain. Ganzhou area in Jiangxi province, Leizhou, Gaozhou and Qiongzhou area in Guangdong province, Xiamen and Taiwan area in Fujian province, Thailand and DRVN in south-east Asia successively became the grain supply area for Chaozhou area. The chance of grain supply area led to the chance of trade routes. At the same time, the grain trades had relation with Chaozhou oversea Chinese, so the grain trade of Chaozhou had unique regular pattern.
