The Policy Effect for Huanglong Hilly Area Reclamation during Qing Dynasty

In order to research the policy domino effect for hilly area reclamation, this essay trims the relevant policies of reclamation during Qing Dynasty, and analyses the interplay of encouraging the cultivation policy and cancelling immigrant limit policy.The effect made the population increasing and the cultivation land expanding in Huanglong hilly area. The land-cover also experienced a process of forest land- farmland-forest land during Qing Dynasty,which caused the serious destruction of the ecological environment in Huanglong hilly area.
