Preliminary Study on The types of RettingEnzymes From Baclillus Polymyxa T1163 In The Course of Kenaf Fermention Process

The types of rettingenzymes secreted from Bacillus Polymyxa T1163 in the course of kenaf fermention process were studied, and the results shows that at least 9 kinds of retting enzymes produced by T1163 are available to kenaf retting process, 7 of them were commonly existed in both systems, and their molecular weights are 70800D,61600D,60000D,,51200D,,43000D,,41700D and 33500D respectively with SDSPAGE method, 2 marked 56300D and 28800D only in oscillatory and static system respectively. The emerging time, ratio and number of different enzymes are varied with the different materials and fermentation methods.
