To search a new way to cure the isolate of S. aureus, the sensitivity of S. aureus to the extracts from hemp, kenaf, jute and ramie were conducted. The diffuse method and double dilution method were taken to test the diameter of inhibitory ringlike and the minimal inhibitory concentration, studying the sensitivity of S. aureus against hemp and jute leaves extracts etc. The result of the study indicates that the extracts of hemp and kenaf have negative effects on the growth of S. aureus. The diameters of bacteriostatic rings are 15. 92 cm and 12. 99 cm respectively, and they have the same minimal inhibitory concentration of 0. 0625 g/m L.
