The Research of The Isolation and Purity Method of Genomic DNA from Cultuivars of Hibiscus Cannabinus

This paper is based on several method for extraction genomic DNA.To the difficulty about extraction Hibiscus Cannabinus genomic DNA is that it content a lot of polyphenol、tannin、pectin.Suggest to use 1% ascorbate to protect tannin and polyphenol not to be oxidated to avoide oxide of this material to combine with DNA become non-reversible complex.So improve the DNA yield;and use high pH value go with Na 2CO 3 can accelerate pectin to hydrdyze,so pectin and other substance could excluded.High purity genomic DNA could acquire.The DNA is suitable for RAPD and other molecular biologyanalysis.
