Study on the yield-increasing and fiber-qualifying mechanism of compound regulators for ramie

Spraying with the compound regulators H 1 or H 3 over ramie leaves at the early-middle growth stage increased raw fiber yield by 13.0%~17.6%,bettered fiber fineness by 57~349m·g -1 with suitable fiber intensity,which resulted from plant leaves enhancement and all yield components improvement.It is the yield-increasing and fiber-qualifying mechanism of H 1 and H 3 on ramie that they could optimize the interior metabolizing environment by improving leaf water status,boost up stress resistance and decrease electrolyte exosmosis ratio,increase net photosynthesis and carbobhydrate cumulation so as to accelerate carbohydrate transportation to the stem and bast.But H 1 and H 3 influenced very little the chlorophyll content and special leaf weight.
