Determining contents of immunoglobulin and alexin in milk by Agar Immunodiffusion technique.Result:Contents of immunoglobulin and alexin C3 in colostrum was extremely significant high above ordinery milk(P0.01)and contents of alexin C4 was significant high above ordinery milk(P0.05), These contents rose on peak after calving.‘Key word’Milk,Immunoglobulin, Alexinmpletely.The starch contents in grape shoots increased more obviously by grafting than by cuttings in same species.Grafting was benificial to bud and shoot maturation and winter survival.
