Study on the Determination of Taurine in Human Milk and Bovine Milk

The content of taurine in four different periods of human milk and milk was determined by UV detector before and after derivatization with GB 5413.26-2010. Through the experimental data, the content of taurine in human milk was 8.2 times that in milk, which could be used as reference for functional milk strengthening taurine. The peak time of taurine in human milk was 7.556 min and the peak time of taurine in milk was 7.557 min. The linear regression equation y=738.47x-26.162, R~2 0.9999 was used in the range of 1.0~16.0μg/m L. The RSD%(n = 6) of the taurine in human milk was 0.068 and the RSD%(n = 6) of the quantitative repeatability was 0.943.
