The Situation and Development Advice of Liquid Milk Industry in China

In China, liquid milk is the main dairy products in the current and future.It is significant to develop liquid milk industry, since it can promote a healthy body, the upgrading of agricultural development, the urban and rural overall development. After years of development,the production scale, consumption structure, the quality and safety of liquid milk industry have been improved. Howver, the quality of raw milk, per-capita spending, the region structure and specialized milk products have some shortcomings. To further develop liquid milk industry, and thus entry into the advanced world level, it is necessary to improve the safety and quality of raw milk, make a full use of regional advantages, propose reasonable industrial distribution, promote the cold chain logistics, increase investment in science and technology and the level of industrialization of managing.
