The study of amide proton transfer magnetic resonance imaging

ZHAO Xu-na;Philips IS Clinical Science;
objective: to explore the clinic application value of amide proton transfer(APT) MRI technique. Methods: to introduce theory of chemical exchange-dependent saturation transfer(CEST) and characteristics of APT imaging technique. Result: APT is a novel MRI technique in the level of molecular imaging, which employs the chemical exchange of endogenous amide proton. Conclusion: APT can be applied to the studies of brain tumor and stroke successfully.
